no jus switch to gsm before you run haret, internet is faster then what it appeared, I was n a bad reception area called my house

also knows as att's network haha. not sure I have any life left in my tmobile card... might have to reload it to test.

GHarris, major props to you. When I click the link, it takes me to an XDA thread discussing Android. I don't see the Jan 7th build specifically on the specific post you provided. I do see a link, in the following sentence:

GHarris, are you meaning go TO THE thread and look through the posts to find the attached build you have?

I am asking because I went to the link you sent. Once on that page, i clicked the "here" link which took me to the first post of the thread. I see newer builds. Therefore, I am trying to locate the one you have. Sorry if I am completely lost.

I have a sprint tp2 with an att sim card. I'm using the 1/7 build and data is working. however google voice app isnt working =/

yea u have to search that page, i tried to upload the specific build i configured but i couldnt

Yes it's great news
- they don't have to reverse engineer drivers meant for GSM devices since the source code for the Hero was released already just not the CDMA flavored one. Released yesterday, so just wait until a new stable build comes out soon :)

if ya want android, why not just buy it with a phone it was made for....cut thru all this bs of trying to force a square peg in a round hole...i like my tp2 as is and cant wait for the 6.5 upgrade from sprint
