Depends on usage, but the battery life on NAND seems less than HaRET. mbellot said using the 'battery calibration' (what it's called) app from the Market helped immensely.

OK, thanks for the tip. I speculate about new battery any time already. And now I definitly decided. Unfortunately, I'm from middle Europe and the same battery is three times more expensive. So, this is the life
