force_cdma= what in your startup. If you're using it for GSM, needs to =0.

I knew the FAQ was missing something big, thanks .

Can you post your startup.txt file...? I'm not sure what else would trip up GSM, other than that command.

I'm assuming the network works fine in WinMo?

I'm waiting for Tiad's FROYO 2.2.1 BLAZN IMPROVED 3d PERFORMANCE to test it out and see if I get that far with it...
I'm not sure how to answer your question, as from your post you're not running this bundle... BLAZN is very outdated, and I certainly don't support other builds in this thread. This thread is for my Froyo bundle...

Everything looks fine in this startup.txt. Does the phone boot into airplane mode or what? Network works fine in WinMo? Do you have the SIM seated in the slot correctly?

I have a RHOD400 as well, but use it as a CDMA device. AFAIK you can use them as GSM in Android - someone correct me if I'm wrong here!

Yes phone boot in Airplane mode, later i uncheck it, & it keep searching for network...
Network works fine in WinMO, yeah my sim is seated properly, i dun remove it.
Rest everything works fine for me.

i use RHO400 as a GSM device as this country doesnt has a CDMA network.

shud i try some other RODIUM Startup.txt ?? if yes then which..
