Still empty. Seems the location of ramconsole was moved... I'll let him know.

Ok, scratch that. He said that he probably accidentally left klog disabled. D'oh!

He moved ramconsole and said the failed wakes disappeared. Haven't gotten a kernel yet, but I'm hoping to get one soon!

Wouldn't it be ironic if the issue we want to fix is caused by the logs we need to have to fix it :)

Someone somewhere here mentioned about an app or a technique (other than GenY) to reboot android without poking winmo. For the love of god, I can't find that post.

I am getting old.

Really digging the latest kernel. No SODs or reboots yet. Been knee-deep in work the past few daze...

Re: Airvana. FWIW:::I've got one going here, and haven't had any SODs or reboots & my phone hasn't left the house for a day & a half (yeah, work's been kicking my arse...) I did notice that in WinMo (Vin's Neo), my phone would wake up for a second or so every 30 mins or so...and this started after I got the Airvana.

Is there any way to have the camera work with this kernel?

So far it is great.

Arrrghhh, I thought his last one was "INSTA"... I guess this one is even faster. Thanks will try it out.

No. The camera stuff hasn't been committed yet so this will not work with that, this kernel is merely for testing the latest fixes prior to committing, not create more issues. Patience...

Thanks much Arrrghhh and Wistilt, although the last kernel has been great since my last reboot almost 24 hours ago. That one was running strong, no lockups, reboots, etc. Here's hoping this one's even better!

Re: [TESTING] Updated 2/26/11 New Kernel - VERY fast deep sleep!

ok so arrrghhh Im assuming that blinking green is when microp collapses and solid green is when ARM11 collapses correct?

I am testing this on the clean gingerbread alpha and notcied that on first boot it will go to solid green almost instantly, but once I start playing around with things (send a text, surf the web etc) it will still go to blinking green for about 25-30 seconds before solid green (after killing all tasks beforehand as well)

I'll throw it in my FRX04 and test as well and report back as I know gingerbread is still alpha

either way thanks for this!

I'm thinking the "blinking" is telling you it hasn't yet completely gotten in full sleep mode (due to ongoing data activities or other apps processing).

If I recall correctly,
Blinking green = ARM11 collapse
Solid Green = MicroP and ARM11 collapse, full mem sleep enabled
