Make sure you did a git pull. ACL committed the change to fix that a couple of days ago. It's the commit involving microp.

ACL is still putting up the good fight. I've been swamped by work for the last month trying to meet deadlines before my vacation which started today. We've got some excellent new testers as well.

Some of the major changes are the .35 framebuffer that ACL backported for us, and he's currently working on true panel power down and up. We have several different panel types in use, and that is holding things up right now. That's about it right now :)

niceee..how far are we from nand to ram..are we still running off of the sd card?

i think its there.... not sure at all. But first boot of fresh compile with updated pull screen still on during code right now! fantastic

Ahhhhhhhhhh first time booting with absolutely no glitching, very nice
holy crap it's smooth, however i still get once off, won't come back on panel.... ideas? how to compile rootfs>?
really frustrating the build works really well but i can't back on screen! my search continues.

ooooook, something i did or didnt do is making the power button non responsive and when i hold end to turn off, it only has the one option of turn off. no reboot or plane mode yada yada. i thought the time this happened to me it was the rootfs not loading right but the 15th one was working fine for me two days ago, so strange

Rootfs won't help with that unfortunately. It's the panel init sequence that ACL is still working on, and that is in the kernel.

I'm not sure why the long power press isn't working properly for you. I thought that was a userland thing.

Nate and all my other core haret dumpers.. I need some haret info.

Can you dump physical address 0x00081034 and see what values you get.

12-13 : Sharp
1 : Auo
5 : Hitachi
7 : EID
19 : AUO
20: EID

Hi:

I ran this command:

pdump 0x00081034 1 b

and it came back with a result of 00000014

And for those of you not at a computer, you can turn on the haret console and connect to it using Putty for Windows Mobile. Just telnet to 127.0.0.1 port 9999, and press enter once connected. You will then see the console.
