Re: NAND Boot Testing - 04-06: FRX06 on NAND (Testing FRX06 now!)

Noticed so far with 4-6 update

-Faster than Haret especially when installing multiple programs.
-Wifi and GPS not working
-Wake can be difficult at times, sometimes pressing the end call button immediately before the power button helps.

Overall seems good so far. It's been running for 24 hours with no SOD's or other major issues.

Data work on the second boot? I boot many times, data still not work.

OK, I know why, seems ril call /bin/pppd, but pppd is in /system/bin
cd /bin
mount -o remount rw /
ln -s /system/bin/pppd pppd

Now it works \\:D/
oops, after reboot, ln file lost...re-compile ril code.
SoD(or fail wake, wake difficult ) many many times ,... can't do more test on this...
Consider switch back to WisTilt2 kernel.

Is anyone getting a steady green deep sleep condition on this build?

All of that sounds about right except that GPS does work. It just takes several minutes to get a lock because there is no assistance technology helping it out.

Don't compare LEDs to Hare. The code is different on NAND, and I honestly can't remember what means what right now.

which file store system environment, such as "echo $PATH", I want to add /bin to $PATH, so ril can call killall correct.

/system/etc/profile , no effect

found! init.rc -> /system/sysinit.rc

Yup, it worked. I tried letting it sit, but I guess I gave up too soon. Thanks.
