But.. I can't understand this sentence: "Any app that uses the SDcard will not work currently. It might install (Like slacker radio, but it will not work correctly)” Mean, unable to properly install programs now? ? ROOT access, I can understand |

Ok - I am running Nate's latest package.
You guys would be proud of me - I managed to get root access on my own although I admit it sure was nice to just be part of the build... Even more interesting, is my titanium restore put all my widgets back this time! Not sure why my previous attempt did not work.... Anyway... so far so good. Running pretty solid. I did have my data connection drop on me once last night, but I am not sure what caused it. When it does it, its odd, cycling the data connection does not fix it. I need to reboot the phone. |

No problem. A app that uses the sdcard will not install.

"A app that uses the sdcard will not install....."
How do I distinguish whether the app uses the sdcard ? Can a solution? I use the PC to install app.Choice is installed in memory, But the same is installation failure. And, as with the SD card is not completely concerned Because, when test FRX05,"Root Explorer" is installation fail |

Re: NAND Boot Testing - 04-06: FRX06 on NAND (Testing FRX06 now!)
Iposted this on XDA but figured since most of the devs are primary here on PPCG so I am reposting this over here.
I have a ATT GSM Tilt 2 (RHOD300) and get a typical boot loop when attempting NAND with the SIM. So I went ahead and installed NAND without the SIM then tried again with it in place after the install. It boot loops where it asks to hold volume up to get into recovery. I had to loop it a few times because it bounces right after and is difficult to read unless anticipating it. So next loop cycle I was reacting and clicked the volume up button and hit it a few times right at the option to click for it and it got past the boot loop and booted into Android! However, it doesnt seem to see the SIM card so my guess is it was looking at the SIM as the SD and couldnt mount so skipped ahead to boot. Anyway to change the order of what SD gets mounted 1st? I would think if it found the sd 1st instead of the SIM it could get past this point?

Thank your answer. I didn't disrespect. I know this is a test. I also just give my opinion. Because the show that no mention, use SD card cannot install app. Thanks again for your answer, Hope that the new update can solve this problem. |

Re: NAND Boot Testing - 04-06: FRX06 on NAND (Testing FRX06 now!)
I can't replace file 2.6.27.46-01268-ga175a7c.sqsh.gz, because another kernel file zImage has been compiled in RHODIMG.NBH?

Re: NAND Boot Testing - 04-06: FRX06 on NAND (Testing FRX06 now!)
The modules and zImage are a pair. You will need to get the androidupdate.tgz that corresponds with the NBH. Also, modules shouldn't be in a .gz. It should just be 2.6.27.46-01268-ga175a7c.sqs.
