Acer A500 stuck on welcome screen after factory reset

Hi there,

Like you can read in the title my tablet an ACER Iconia A500 is stuck on the language selection screen, i had to do a factory reset because my tablet always crashed when i tried to open some apps
Once the reset was done the language selection screen came on, i picked my language and wanted to start but it does nothing

What can i do about this???
