Memory card is not initialzed and tab wont recognize it

My memory wouldnt allow me to add any anything to it. So I tried unmounting and reformatting using the Galaxy Tab. Now I cant remount it and my iMac says it cant be read, its needs to be initialized. I tried formatting it again on my iMac and its still not recognizing it.

Any ideas?
