Nandroid and BootScreen?

1. Okay, so I would like to know if I get rid of all the bloataware on this rom with out doing a nandroid or a backup of some sort. Is there a way of getting it all back? So if or when I decide to get rid of this thing I can just put it back to its original state.

2. This bootscreen just sucks. I would like to change it. Is it possible to do so?
