Nandroid and BootScreen?
 

1. Okay, so I would like to know if I get rid of all the bloataware on this rom with out doing a nandroid or a backup of some sort. Is there a way of getting it all back? So if or when I decide to get rid of this thing I can just put it back to its original state.

2. This bootscreen just sucks. I would like to change it. Is it possible to do so?

Have to root, but it is possible to do all that you are asking. Once you delete something from the device, a hard reset will not replace it either. Least that is what I understand. I'm having issues rooting.. so, I couldn't help you there.
