Sprint GT update wont work..

So I am one of the few that can't get the update to install. Any ideas? I went to the Spring store and they can't do anything because it was an android update not their own. I even tried 2 hard resets and still nothing. Any help would be great. Thanks

umm isnt there a way on All android devices to manually install/flash updates?? you do it through recovery or something i believe...

i know this is what Android Users do when an update hasnt been pushed to their handset yet, but its been pushed to others..

I tried manual and it still won't push the update. Keep getting the dreaded triangle and exclamation then the GT reboots to the same firmware.

Both the tabs in our family have the same issue.. come on samsung get updates out that WORK for once this year.

Mine does the same thing, tried hard reset as well, hopefully it.works for the big updat on the 21st
