Re: Android on HD2 updates + ROMs + Builds

yeah Hyperdroid is awesome.

This just out of the presses.

The new Desire HD ROM.

HTC Desire HD (HTC ACE) Beta Build for HTC HD2

Keep in mind, it's still beta, so it may not be 100% stable/daily, but you can check out the cool new Sense stuff in the Desire HD

no prob. I've been on Hyperdroid 1.5 (stockified) for almost a week now with no issues at all, it's a sweet ROM.

Can't wait for DarkStone to get a stable version of the Desire HD build out, it's going to be awesome.

I'm downloading BETA2 right now and going to give it a try...I really like non-sense versions but want to give it a try...

Re: Android on HD2 updates + ROMs + Builds

Just updated to the latest Banger's build and results are not good. First boot the phone locked up once it made through the boot process. Pulled the battery, changed the data image size and dpi resolution then booted again. Was able to log in and get exchange account added but once market was launched to initiate the restore of apps BOOM lock up.

I'd go Hyperdroid 1.5 for now then, lol. I haven't had any issues like that.

Re: Android on HD2 updates + ROMs + Builds

this ROM looks freaking amazing, check out the video

(THINKTANK)MUI Port for the HD2 (9/22/2010) - xda-developers

looks like Pongster is working on a good port, I'm thinking we should have this pretty soon on our device

I've got HyperDroid loaded now and the performance and theme are amazing. The theme Pongster has standard is great too, the only problem is that it is a rmnet build so I cannot get my exchange server to sync. Happens with all of them and some cooks have made it possible to switch between rmnet and ppp (reason for using Banger's) as well as change the dpi. I'll give that video a look.

Re: Android on HD2 updates + ROMs + Builds

Not sure if anyone has given this build a try but have been running it for a few hours and am having great results. In the thread it says you will get some freezes right off the bat which I did get but restarted 2 times and have been gold since. it is ppp or rmnet and has the customizable data image size and screen dpi.
