Python on Android TTS question

Hello community....I've been looking for an answer to this question on different sites and this is my fourth attempt. I use Python on Android for Android and know about the basic concept of using the TTS function to speak whatever is inputted for it to speak. Of course since I speak English, I have the Android TTS settings set for English speech. What I want to know is how would one (from within the Python script) select which language to output for speech?

For example, I want to make a simple language converter in which the user would input English text and then a menu would come up to select which language for it to say that word/statement in. Please would someone help me with this

Python becomes very popular in Android market and work well on the Android smartphone. Python provide the great features which are very useful for so many Android users. I appreciated the features of the Python which are very useful for me.
