Cant make calls touch pro2/android

I AM IN NEED OF HELP!!!!! I cant make calls, or got on the internet with my sprint touch pro 2 as an android....

You may get an answer quicker in the tp2 upgrade area. My tp2 with Android got me hooked. Hope you.can do more by now...calls were about they only thing I was able to do
