Anyone know where the goto group is for all things Android

What I am looking for is the MSDN equivalent for Android. The place where Google techs reply to questions, there are code samples and tutorials. All that good stuff. I've searched the web and there a dozen groups out there but they all seem to have very little activity which means I am not at the right place. Or every other post is a link to sell something.
