swype words deleted

I haven't deleted any, but swype is bugging out on me. When I want yup put "or" it gives me the pop up of list "otr, our, out, pot" press back and try again and if "or" is in the list and I click on it, then I get the tutorial that guides me to settings. I get the same with "is" (like just now) showing that it is a hidden word covered by an other in the dictionary that woulda have same swype pattern. Annoying. I don't like the lack of arrow keys, and I don't like not being able to swype on stock keyboard.
