Fruit Ninja sound

I'm having an audio issue with the Fruit Ninja game, not fruit ninja kaka, but the $0.99 game. I'm getting a loud static noise coming thru the speaker during game play. Even when I mute the sound, either by turning it off in game, or lowering the media volume all the way, I still get the sound. Its really annoying.

Anyone else experience this? I'm rooted, running Myn's Warm two point two rom fyi.

no issues here on epic and i play all day, could be bad apk. all other games work ok?

Yup all other games work. No other audio issues. I've uninstalled and reinstalled as well.
