last option on AT&T U-verse mobile app
"Library of Downloadable Shows"
Then click library and it will show you what shows you can download.
Once you click on a show, it shows you the episodes you can download.

Hell. Yeah I've been waiting on this installing now!

The dvr management alone is worth it but it says my plan isn't eligible for download and watch. What plan do you need?

I believe its u300 or higher.

I just added it and After I try to accept the agreement to add the service to download and watch a show it says "Thanks for your interest, Subscription cannot be completed at this time due to system issue. Please try again later. Has anyone else got this message?

I stated on page 1 that I did. I tried like 25-30 times when I installed it, got that message over and over again. Next day, it worked right away. Try tomorrow!

I got it working, I just logged out completely and then logged in again and it worked.

This app will be sweet when they let you watch your DVR recordings on your phone.
