Re: Google Voice
I recommend GVoice Callback from the Market.
I set it to ask everytime I make a call, whether to use GV or not. Just dial a number or select a contact and it asks, then makes the call. As far as call logs, don't think you can see that with an app. I have GV set as one of my bookmarks in opera mini, just a few clicks and you can see all your GV info as well as initiate calls from the website. |

That's great but when you use Bluetooth that won't work because you aren't looking at the screen. For instance if I am connected to Bluetooth in my car and driving. You can't take your eyes off the road to select Google or regular dialer. Any ideas?

Also why do I need Google callback as the regular Voice app has that choice built in. Am I missing something?

The GV app doesn't dial out to your GV number, it uses a different #, so I would get charged minutes. The GVoice Callback app connects to GV using data, then you get a call From your GV # that connect you, Hence Free Minutes! If your not using GV for this reason, then the GV app would be Fine. |
