Re: Documents to Go 3.0 in Android Market NOW, adds GDocs support and much more
Sorry to hear that. I'm a week away from getting my Epic and I was looking forward to this for working with all my Word docs. I'm a writer and I do almost all my work in MS Word.
OTOH, glad to hear that. Before I spend any money for an unfixed app.

Re: Documents to Go 3.0 in Android Market NOW, adds GDocs support and much more
It does support Word files. Thing is, it is nothing more than a bug fix and as usual, DataViz calls their bug fixes new releases. The bugs I experienced in the previous release are still there.
I use the spreadsheet extensively and frankly its issues includes the difficulty one goes through to select an entire sheet to copy to a new sheet, adjusting column width can be a nightmare. The number lock rare stays locked unless one enters a number and then triggers the number lock function. In some fields, both formatted the same, you can start with number lock engaged and it stays in number lock and in others, good luck - the number entered is a bunch of letters. Most frustrating. This though has been around for years and years on all of their platforms. In addition, this release takes more time to reach the documents you want to open and it checks to see if your account is current. You pay for it, register it, get the email confirmation, and it still occasionally checks to see if your account is current. Dataviz - what a company. It bites. |

Has any discovered a way to keep the tab key on a Droid 2 from changing the indent before text setting, or is this a bug that hasn't been fixed?

Of incidence, I recently started using Google Dogs and have found it impressive, though a bit on the slow side uploading large (45 page) Excel type files. The fancy formatting does not always stick, but the everyday stuff does fine. With Google Dogs and WebShare, I now use the cable only for charging.

A new release of the "viewing"/built-in of Documents to Go is in the Android Market - facilitates viewing documents on the Google site and that appears to be it.
