does pdanet work on official froyo?
yeah, what the title says. need to know that before making the leap coz if it doesn't then no mo' interwebz for me other than on the phone if I update.

Yes, the release from several days ago, USB tethering. I have yet to get it to work via Bluetooth. Performance is stable, not fast, but it works.

don't have bluetooth on my laptop, so not worried about that. I do need to know about the current (yesterday/today) 2.2 release though.

If you do decide to put Bluetooth on your laptop, I recommend going with RocketFish - they have a small, very compact dongle. Best Buy - http://www.bestbuy.com. I have one installed on both my Dell 17" laptop and Asus netbook.

PDANet working fine on 2.2 .6 version via usb or bluetooth
