Android to Desktop video chat?
What do you guys use? Skype doesnt have video :-\

Nothing unfortunately. Fring doesn't support other video chat like MSN, Yahoo, etc.. Not sure if QIK has a PC app..

Hopefully some of the up and coming IM chat apps like Trillian will have video chat support.

Maybe it's time Fring developed a PC app.. Then we'd have some competition to the monopoly..

I can't believe Skype became the only game in town. Well i guess the problem is how do you offer a free service...

google should at least integrate Gtalk video with android (i mean, they already have it for gmail chat, so just update the gtalk on android and boom!)...not sure what they are waiting for here...i think it is a big seller!

Yes. With the amount of commercial time iPhone's Facetime is getting on TV, I'd think Google would be looking to head it off at the pass ASAP.

(How weird is the one where the woman tells the guy she's pregnant over video chat? Right!)

Me and my cousin tested using fring to video chat Evo 4G to iPhone 4, worked flawlessly.

But to desktop..fraid not.

Qik is a website, not an PC app or prog.. Qik.com.. you stream to your account page and allow others to view your page/stream by going to your qik.com/yournamehere page..

its pretty simple.. dunno why it wouldnt work
