do you mean the skype beta apk? the one that was in the market before Skype removed it for there Verizon deal?

edit: here I'm going to assume you did mean that

in the post it says no video.
So is this still audio only/VOIP???

I don't think there is a skype application there yet with Skype video out at the this very moment besides fring that had it up to recently.
