quick question, when using titanium do i want to select all all user apps and data or just backup all user apps? Not sure how i did it last time but it didnt keep my market entries so i had to go in and redownload everything to get the market to see i have these installed

If you are changing Roms then just do apps. If you do data as well then you are just overwriting new files with old ones! I hope that makes sense.

you should also look into appbrain on the market..its nice to just sync apps and stuff.

If I understand correctly it does the data for the app and not system data. So it should be ok to do app data as well? I haven't had any issues doing it that way.
