The only way to get it is from them. If it is closed you will have to wait until they open it back up. This is not an app that is allowed to be distributed any other way.

No way to move, but i have found a bug. I have a few batteries, and today i switched out a dead for a charged, and now i have the swype keyboard, but swyping doesnt work.

Had this same issue with the latest version. Sad to say its a known issue that Swype still fails to repair. FYI on how to correct the issue for now, just select a different input method then reselect swype and it should work again. So far it only happens on reboots for me. I guess I can deal with that for now.
