I found this free app while trying to find useful free apps for android
Talk To Me this will translate your English speaking voice to another language.. Spanish, French, German, Italian, UK English and US English

Odd to translate English to English, something though, it's needed...

Too bad they didn't add Texan ha ha

I was just going to use the app to tell me how to say "Answer me in English or I'll beat you to death with a dictionary" in their language...
