Yeah PhoneMyPC is awesome (what I've been using too)
But I used to use LogMeIn prior to that for all computer to computer control not to mention this beta is free

It works good, I still like how the Dpad works the mouse in PhoneMyPC better, if the Hero had a physical keyboard I'd melt.

It's the existence of programs like this that makes me not mind how limited the mobile browsers are, I can just surf the full web on my home computer lol

Guys I am about to jump to Android and absalutly need a remoat desktop application! If I can't find one I will not be able to move from WM. Does App work nlike remote desktop??

Yes, there are RDP clients available for Android. Some are free and some cost a few bucks, but they all pretty much work the same and work well. I use a free one to access my servers at work when I really need to and don't have time to grab my laptop.

which one are you using? I just moved to Android. I currently use the native Win7 "remote desktop connection" to remote control a session with VPN. Would love to know of an Android app that can do that. Free would be better.

I personally use the Xtralogic RDP client because it has the most features. However it is not free, it actually costs $19.95 in the Market. But, since my company pays for software relating to work, it was a fair price to me

I was going to cheap out on RDP and stick with the free ones but i bit on the XTralogic Remote Desktop app and its TOTALLY worth it. It costs about the same as going out to dinner ONCE and it's f'ing AMAZING. It's probably going to spoil me for the logmein ignition app because i know it won't be as good.
