Any good filename based music players??

I'm not at all a fan of any of the music players available for Android.
Mortplayer has come close but it's interface is clunky and navigation is terrible. (too many unnecessary extra steps).

I'm wondering if there are any music programs (other than Mortplayer) that sort by file folders and filenames as opposed to the embedded tag names. I have all my music organized very well from the file folder POV and on my old Windows mobile phone all my music players could just navigate through the file folders without any trouble.

My favorite media player on WinMo was Nitrogen, and could get by with something like S2P (though it had too much iFlair, not enough focus on being a good music player)

Thanks for your help guys!

I will have to try Meridian when I get back to my MyTouch. Do you have any screen shots of the player?

Unless you want some shots of my usage of it, I'd be happy to post some up!

Re: Any good filename based music players??

I'm using one called 3 or 3 cubed..? It's by Filipe Abrantes and has a sweet interface - a cube - that is the album art. Shift the cube with your finger (it rolls) up and down and it rolls all the albums (album art covers) and roll it left and right for the alphabet. Very cool app on the droid 2.1 market. Sorry - tried a screen shot but looked bad.

Is it free??

Also an update on new feelings about Meridian,
first a small gripe, I wish that when you went back to the file browser it'd resume where you last entered the folder and responded appropriately to the back key instead of exiting the program.

A huge pro is when I learned of the nice widget that I now have on my Sense Home Screen (the 2x4 cell one). =D>
