Wifi router like program for android?

I need this app for work I do..Willing to leave WinMobile if I can get something like this working on android.

This is for making it work on a G1 but it looks like it would work fine for almost any Android phone...

I've been trying to avoid Rooting my phone, I guess if I want this slick feature I'm gonna have to Got Root

yeah, this does work after rooting your phone.

Android doesn't use CAB files to install apps it uses APK files
