Ok, I'm very close here.
Here's what I've done.
1) Sucessfully changed ESN of sprint touch to ESN on existing vzw phone (since vzw wouldn't activate it)
2) Installed the verizon ROM successfully
3) I dial *228 and get a message "This account is not authorized..."

So what did I miss? Do I need to program manually? Is the PRL missing or incorrect?

UPDATE: I looked in device info and I'm seeing PRI version is 0 - this is probably what's wrong but i'm not sure how to fix it?
