GPS Letter to Verizon

Hey just thought I'd share this letter that I got from Verizon when I wrote to them telling them that the GPS lock was garbage:

Thank you for contacting us here at Verizon Wireless. I am sorry to hear about your concern regarding the capabilities of the Omnia. My name is Vanessa, and I can definitely forward your concerns to the proper channels. Below I have included more information:

Verizon Wireless is always looking for ways to enhance our phones to better meet the needs of our customers. Your comments have been forwarded to our Marketing and Design department for review and consideration. Your feedback provides us with the perfect opportunity to hear exactly what you think, and often leads to improvements you will see in the future. If additional information is needed, a member of our Marketing and Design department will be in contact with you.

Jordan, in forwarding your concerns, I hope that I was able to resolve your concerns. Thank you for being the best part of the Verizon Wireless family. Should you have additional questions or feel your concerns are not resolved, please reply to this e-mail.

Sincerely,

Vanessa

I'm still not happy they did it, but at least this is a reasonable response. Those other letters back that I've seen saying that it didn't meet their testing requirements or whatever is a load of bull. In any case I'm running the leaked CC20 ROM now, so I'm semi-satisfied for the moment.
