Re: Question: how do you install apps that don't have a *.cab

you probably downloaded an "OEM" or files in a cab, and the setup.xml is read during install, so basically all the files need to be together.
Without anymore info, it's anyones guess.
I would go to where U got it and find out what it is supposed to be(cab or OEM or installer).
If there is an install exe, tap it and see what happens, but keep tham all in one folder.
