The phones touch screen will be "dead". I will soft reset and nothing. Take the battery out overnight and sometimes that will work. Last time this happened i hard reset, no worky. Has anyone ever had this problem? I know the digitizer is not broken. After a hard reset the screen will be dim telling me to touch the screen to continue setting up my device and when i touch it, the screen gets bright (and vibrates w/ the 6.5 rom) and advances to the align screen window.
I'm calling on the seasoned touch people here. I have seen this phone do some funny stuff with all of the new roms (20-30 flashes) but this one has me stumped...... Anyone?  |
Have you already flashed back to stock rom?
Just wondering as this fixes tons of problems people are having with the phone. I haven't heard of this one though. But since flashing back to stock rom fixes ten thousand other problems it's definitely worth a try.
