I have a Bell Vogue and I seem to be in the same boat. I've tried loading the unlocker on two different PC's (laptop and desktop) and it always freezes at 0%. After the three-colour screen, I see the ActiveSync icon disappear and I see a quick popup that tells me that the PC has discovered a new USB device but that it has no driver.
