i do believe, but i could be wrong, that this ROM is using a diamond base which is shellres.192.dll.0409.mui vs shellres.192.dll (touchpro) even tho they are the same file I believe the cab only installs the shellres.192.dll -so if your running mike's ROM then you should try going into \windows and renaming the shellres.192.dll installed via cab file to shellres.192.dll.0409.mui and soft reset
