When I lifted it back up to fix it, it started stretching, and by the time I put it back down without the crease, I had stretched it so that it was too long and thin. They probably wont send me a new one, will they? I just took it off and Im hoping my reusable Boxwave one will look new again once it dries off (it claims that you can wash it with dish detergent and water and put it back on over and over). Sigh, oh well
They'll send you a new one for free (they'll even waive S&H for the first time you replace it). Just send them an e-mail and explain what happened.

To remove the shield if you've misplaced it during install, peel it back just a little, then spray the liquid in there (don't worry about spraying directly on the device). Repeat these steps slowly, being careful not to stretch the shield as you peel it back.

The trick is to make sure there's a good layer of liquid between the shield and the phone so you can move it around. When the liquid dries, it will disappear completely. Don't worry about what it looks like right after install.

Don't be shy with the liquid. The first time I installed a Zagg shield, I refilled the bottle twice (you can fill the bottle up with regular water and the residue left inside is enough to work a couple more times). I think unless you completely submerge the phone, you should be fine. They say it's better to spray the shield instead of the phone, but I got to where I was just loading up the phone with liquid and then being meticulous about squeegeeing out the excess once the shield piece was in place.

To those saying they don't like the screen on the face... yeah, it takes a little getting used to (the material feels like those vinyl, reusable window stickers for your car), but I love how protective it is. You can literally take a key to your screen without worry (disclaimer: I will not pay for your screen if you screw it up with your keys).

As a note: I am experiencing some minor "bunching" of the shield on the front face at the bottom of the device where there are "interior corners" cut to make the shield fit to the contours of the phone. It's not enough to make me remove and re-install, but it is enough to bug my super-anal-retentive brain.
