You can not have a transparent bar in TF2D you can make it appear that way but thats it, what hes doing is moving the icon bar off the screen with the XML settings, but keeping the tab icon BG. Not to float my own boat but I know TF2D pretty well and I've looked into this extensivly in the past there is no way to do it and I have ask Showaco at XDA hes a TF2D guru as well and he said it can't be done either, I just wanted to clairifiy this thats all.
