Re: Filing for a Replacement CLAIM on ALLTEL
I've gotten two replacements for my Touch Pro during the time I've had one. The first one was through Alltel's X-change By Mail program due to a faulty screen. I received my new Touch Pro in about 5 days. The second time I needed to use my Insurance when my phone was destroyed during my B-Day (Mar 21)celebrations. Went to a company store, filled out my claim with a company rep & was given a new TP off the shelf (after a $95 deductible of course).
Whenever I've asked about future replacements I've been assured that as long as my Alltel contract is in effect I'll be given an Alltel version of the Touch Pro.
