I understand where the problem is coming from, I'm just wondering if anyone knows of a way to have different programs automatically use different internet conenctions.

I don't see how this helps. Right now I have to load the one error page before I can start browsing. Even if this works, I'd need to load this one page instead, it doesn't get rid of the problem, just changes the page. Masybe something along the lines of an auto retry on the error, or changing the timeout level?
