I've been so into this phone and this site inparticular that i just bought an HTC Kaiser off craigslist that has a broken LCD screen as a project.. lol, already ordered replacement parts. Anyone replaced and LCD before or owned this phone?


UPDATE: Was able to remove the LCD screen today. Went to sears and found the torx screwdrivers i needed and followed some instructions i found online. Didn't realized you had to completely disassemble the phone. lol. Went well, just hope i can put it all back together when i get the new screen in.
