Exclamation VERIZON: Unlocked and flashed to custom. Flashed to stock now cant flash custom again

Hello,

I have a friend on the Verzion network who own a HTC Touch Pro.

She unlocked her phone (with cmonex's Hard-SPL 0.35 from thread: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=42503) and was able to flash a custom rom.

Then she decided to flash back to the Verizon stock rom. (Using ImCoKeMaN's Verizon Leaked Shipped Version rom from thread: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=42741)

The problem is, now that she reverted back to that stock rom she is unable to flash any other roms. After going into boot mode, the phone gets stuck at 0% when at the flashing screen. Then on the PC it gives an error.

I asked her if she ran the relocker. She said no.

I noticed when going into the Boot screen (tri color screen) it says "SPL-0.35"

For what ever reason it does not say CMONEX after it. (Like I said, I asked her and she said she did not run the relocker) I have a Sprint TP and I know when im in the Boot screen it says CMONEX after the SPL # so I do not know if her phone ever said CMONEX after she unlocked it the first time, BUT what I do know is after she unlocked the first time, she WAS ABLE to flash custom roms (until flashing back to the stock verzion rom)

So to try it out anyways, I tried to Re-Unlock her phone using Cmonex's hard SPL for version, but I am having the same exact problem as if I was trying to flash a new rom. The screen would freeze at 0% on the flashing screen then give an error on the PC.

Does anyone know how I can get her phone to unlock again (If it some how relocked) or flash a different rom?

Does anyone know if the Signed Version of the Verzion rom re-locked her phone or something, or if using that stock rom had anything to do about this?

Do you think I should have her try to Re-Lock the phone with the stock verzion rom on it, then re attempting to unlock the phone?

Thank you all very much.
-Damien
