What I do to preserve my battery life is I turn active sync off and I turb off all beams also what I find my self doing constantly is turning of data connection and push so it doesnt drain so fast heavy texting and a solid amount of calling for an 8 hour shift I find my self comen home with 60% battery and still being able to talk for 3 hours...
