Re: Does anyone else have a crack in the chrome?

For a known issue, there seems to be plenty of folks in Sprint that don't know about it or how to find out about the issue.

Ecare finally admitted to the issue but said they couldnt order a replacement for me...... so I called Sprint help today. The call center that took my call initially tried to send me to Asurion, so I had to emphatically state it was a known issue and I should be covered by the ESN range of known issues phones.... so she forwarded me to Tech Support....thats where I gained traction.... Tech support asked a few questions, and then said my phone would be sent to me in 2-3 days. Submitted the issue VIA E-ticket.

Hopefully I get a new phone not a refurb!
