There should be either a setting to change the tone OR you take the default tone labeled "startup.mp3" and change the tone but leave the name the same because that is what the app is looking for. I assume you can do the same by changing the tone for "shutdown.mp3". I used to run the app a long time ago but didnt need a lot of apps trying to start up and run all at once when bootup occurs because it bogs the PPC down.
