I just called to get my Sprint Touch replaced due to screen damage. They are now sending out Diamonds as replacements according to the woman spoke with. So if anyone needs their phone replaced this would be a great time to do it. Prices go up in 2 weeks. Maybe I got lucky but that's what happened.
