Helmi has provided a very user-friendly interface with detailed step-by-step instructions, once you get to it.
First thing you need to do is download and install a trial version of winrar (
http://www.win-rar.com/) to unpack the file. Then download Helmi's rom and double click a few times. Follow his directions EXACTLY and you should be OK.
