Tried it, it made it so that when I DL'd the .CAB file (tried downloading a radio_utilities one), it brought it as a zipped folder on my desktop. I chose "extract all" -> Desktop, & that's when it brought a blue "cabinet file" icon
to my desktop, with the same kind of 3 files that I described in my original
post.
Weird stuff.
