So I have given this freaking piece of **** so many try's that I cant take it anymore! The phone completley died on me on a 11 hour trip and its been on the charger now for 5 days! I am so pissed at this phone and now I am trying to get the htc touch pro and sprint is fighting me on it! they say "oh well we can give you a 75 dollar upgrade".. WHAT THE HELL DOES THAT HELP!?!?!?!? I AM OUT ANOTHER PHONE AND IF I HAVE TRIED THIS MANY TIMES TO GET THE PHONE TO WORK I SHOULD BE ABLE TO GET A DIFFRENT PHONE! AND ON TOP OF THAT I HAVE BEEN WITH SPRINT FOR ABOUT 4 YEARS!
Which phone should I fight for??? and does anybody have any recommendations for getting them to swap me phones? thanks guys when I first got the phone I thought it was great... till one thing after the next happend and not even going thru 3 phones fixed the damn problem
