I upgraded from the Touch Pro. I, like Phreddo, found that with the Touch Pro it took too much screen tapping to get something simple done. Which in the age of the iPhone is fine, but the random sluggishness of the Touch Pro made it a lil more frustrating. I also found that I miss buttons and the Treo form factor
Here's a lil post comparing the two that I posted over at SprintUsers.

The reason I left the Touch Pro was mainly for overall sluggishness (and I got a deal on the Treo Pro, otherwise I would've dealt with it). The features are great but not when you're constantly waiting for them to work.
Regarding the Treo Pro, there's really nothing that I dislike about the phone. It does everything I need it to pretty well. I miss the convenience of Mass Storage Mode that the Touch Pro had, but that's really the only knock I have against it. I thought the available memory would be an issue but the phone has been snappy to the point that I don't need to be constantly checking what's open; it doesn't start to slow down like my Touch did (which was pretty rare on that phone as well). Internet browsing using Opera Mobile 9.5 is pretty good; not as much screen real estate as the Touch Pro (which was expected but isn't a huge deal). Kinoma is great for playing music and videos, kudos to Sprint for including that. I haven't tried BT or tethering yet. Keyboard has been great... I love it. And the form factor is what I've missed for the past 2 years.
And the battery can last me a full day without me having to run to a charger! The Touch Pro was terrible in this regard, the Touch less so (surprising since it had a smaller battery).
Everything just works. Features are nothing if they don't work right, then they become annoyances.
